This is an online course hybrid, combining workshop material with personalized transformational coaching. You will download an app and log in to track your progress. You will have a different set of activities to work on each week, progressing into deeper and more focused work. We will meet one-on-on each week via Zoom for Reiki, guided meditation and accountability. You will keep a journal for emotional tracking, notating in it daily. We will use this journal to guide our weekly meeting topics.
