The muscles in our body do not release their hold completely after being contracted. During use, our muscles make lactic acid. This substance sits in the muscle tissue until it is squeezed out through the pressure of touch; or it is let free to be washed away by plasma by the uncoiling of the muscle bands - ie stretching. 

Utilize stretch
