Yellow and orange foods are high in vitamins and minerals. Magnesium, Vitamins A B and C, and alpha and beta carotene are abundant in these foods. Nutritional healing.
Foods with an intense red color are high in antioxidants which protect your cells from outside harm. Red foods are high in B vitamins as well as A, D and C. Nutritional healing.
Dark green foods are loaded with powerful antioxidants and minerals. Folate, calcium and iron; vitamins A, C and K. These super foods are essential for our body to function at it's optimum level. Nutritional healing.
